Heading away for few days to the country, with no broadband. Considering playing via tethering to my phone. Don't want to give opponent a bad experience, but can't test it without testing it if you know what I mean?!

Others must have tried it - bad idea?

I've done it from a hotel. Can be done - but is rather dependent on the strength of the signal you're getting.
