Hi,
so, I made a league and a custom ruleset and teams...I set the ruleset to give 150k extra cash only for cards and unchecked the "treasury is automatically transferred to petty cash" option among other things.
Created a tournament and checked the "use custo setting for this tournie" thus reverting to the ruleset ones, right?
But...it kees not giving the option to buy the cards and transfers the treasury anyway...

I think...
That ticking custom rules for t this tourney, it OVERRIDES the ruleset, with what you put there.
So, looking at your ruleset, is should work if you DON'T tick 'use custom settings' |
