You need big hand, dirty player and block long before mutations...

Couldn't agree more. Only one worth it is tentacles and the guys that need it have it!

Big hand is a mutation Razz

Hence the problem...

Bighand + Stunty = crazyness

As you are very well aware of it is the rsf/claw everyone refers to.

And with only Big Hand as a MUST I hardly think Nurgs are suddenly overbearingly powerful.

With av seven, regen, and thick skull, they need to dodge about as much as a dwarf.

I can not believe how many people whine that av7 guys in stunty are hard to remove....

I don't have a nurgling team and I play against them quite often. I think they are fine as is...... period. They can't dodge......they are not fast.... lowest agility in stunty. I have managed to have my two highest cas games against the putrid little dungs (8 and 7 cas).

I think that most stunty teams could benefit from some extra player types..... not even positionals in all case. But everyone here making references to removing thick skull or armour seems to be people just complaining about how hard it is to clear a pitch. Learn to win without doing that or play in ranked with ogres/chaos/dwarves.

Peace,

With ag3 against diving tackle and str 5 tentacles, you have to clear the pitch (or at least stun them enough) to be able to score with most teams.

Regenerate is a huge benefit in stunty and should be valued accordingly.

You get more CAS against Nurglings because they come back half the time you injure them, giving you more opportunities to injure tham again.

4+ with a skill re-roll in order to pickup in (potentially) 6 tacklezones on a 2+?

Yes please.

Sure, with big hand you have the ball. Now what? run somewhere with MA5? Pass it?
Even a hand-off is at the best of times on a 4+.

I say; overrated. Nice indeed.
But for a double? Hardly game winning on an ag2 team. Far from it.

Hang on to it.

Quite difficult to knock things down in stunty (well with stunties).

If you can get hold of the ball, tie up trouble players and reduce opponents blocks next turn then you've got a reasonable chance of consolidating your hold over the game.

...and of course if your lucky enough to roll 2 doubles (or +AG) then you can take 2 heads.

I think it is quite easy to knock things down in stunty. I see a wide variety of mutli-blocking/block/tackle/pro big guys smashing anything with st2 into a bloody pulp.

And yes; this includes Nurgs too. They just have 50% to regenerate (but never a cool 2+ for a favoured player!)

This is getting into the realms of specific examples. I.e a big guy being able to hit the ball carryer.

In my experience Vs nurglings a big hand player (saw a big hand beast too waa!) has been a complete nightmare to stop and other mutations have driven me potty.

Removing mutations dosen't sit exactly right with me I must admit, but it (along with a decent positional or two) would probably be a good fix.

Out of curiosity; which other mutations drove you potty?

I'd love to know the winning combo's. (mildly ironic but I'd love to hear what you deem overpowered)
