I am not really a fouler myself so don't understand why any of them are pianting bullseye as you put it but then I just play the fun not serious rankings where fouling seems to be a huge part of the game.
Before i looked at your team i was expecting to see a team full of DP and mutations not a few well trained humans.

If they were in U my Delf would kick their asses without fouling Twisted Evil

well any that were lying down... stupid computer seems to insist i block the standing ones rather than fouling.... i think its a game bug

I would use Trog's Admin powers to foul the ones standing up Evil or Very Mad

paul may be limited to the ones lying down but i will foul anyone anytime!
