Just wondering how many of fumbbl community were making it to the Bloodbowl championships in Nottingham (England of course, I'm sure there is probably a Nottingham in USA or Canada  ) in a few weeks time?
I'm going along with a few other fumbblers Ronnie 4655 and Lowney as well as a few others who have very new accounts. I'm guessing most of you are probably TBBers anyway?

TBB? the enemy?
Without TBB there would be no FUMBBL. Period.
WIthout TBB there would be much less of a tournament scene.
Most of the high-ups on this site have posted a lot at TBB.

i wanted to go, but my college decided that exams should be on the riday and the monday...
reckon a lot of fumbblers who are going to the BB are at the Pearly Kings and Queens tournament this weekend 
someone want to do my exams for me? |

I get the feeling that people here look down on TBB.
As an Admin there I'm damn well going to defend it when I see people having a shot at it. |

as a member of TBB and FUMBBL i cant see what the fuss is about. there are plenty of Fumbblers who frown upon TBB, and, there are TBB'ers who think the vast majority of people on fumbbl disconnect their games if they are losing. neither of these are true
i made a group on fumbbl secifically for TBB'ers which is a success and i cant see the problem. the people who shout most/loudest arent always right!
i understand both sides and im not taking sides either. TBB has been going through a bad patch recently, but it will pull through it |

Interesting....I didn't actually find out about TBB until several months after I had joined Fumbbl.
I think what you meant to say was "Without Christer, there would be no Fumbbl."
After all....this is his baby. (and not forgetting the support of the admins, gorillas etc)
Anyway, trying to stick to the point - No, I won't be going.
I am far happier to win the losers trophey amongst my own friends, rather than in front of loads of strangers!!  |

I found fumbbl through TBB. I'm not sure of how fumbbl came about since I'm not a veteran member. I cant see how people from bloodbowl sites almost make a rivalry. Its plain stupid.
Anywho, seems like there is only a few guys going . I didnt realise pearlys was this weekend, I guess there will be a few fumbbl/tbb users there. |
