Several coaches have asked for a slot in the NBBA Premier League.
Therefore, I've decided to create a secod league which will enable qualification for the Premier League at the end of its season. Feel free to apply. As soon as the league has 18 rookie teams it will be started.

Does qualification mean to start a new team? Or will the Premier League be open ended, so that teams now founded will stay alive and become greater and more famous over the time? |

Qualification will mean promotion with that very team to the Premier League. If anyone can provide a schedule for a 20-team league the league could be extended to 20 teams. New teams for the next NBBA Farm-League season will first play against each other before facing the veterans. |
