- Old world
- Chaos Pact
- Lustrian

what are the allies rules ?

=>"Allies are treated as normal team players and can use team re-rolls"

it's just a probleme when you buy player, you only need to know how many allies the team have, like big guys or positionnal players. I'm wrong ?

He means coding them into FUMBBL. Figuring out how putting 1 HE line elf on your old world team means that you can put another HE line elf, but not a HE thrower and you can have 4 dwarf longbeards and two more unless you take a trollslayer or a runner or a blitzer... etc...

If you have any experience trying to such stuff, you know that it really is more than a little bit of a nightmare.

I plan to work on this shortly. I have the whole thing coded out in my head at this point, I just need to sit down and implement and test it. I'll see if I can't find time to start on it today.

Cool. I like the structure of the 'Allied' teams (those mentioned by Arnob). Finally, with that Chaos Pact team, a Chaos Allstars type team can take the field! Excellent!

Yes there are plans to add them. And they will be the versions from the 2003 Annual.

.. Unless the rules review changes them before we get around to implementing them Wink

Just to add some more support, I am a newbie to the site and would also really love to be able to play an Old World team. Site looks great- I can't wait to get started!

Are they different from the original BBMag rules? I do hope they produce a bit more variety than the first version of the rules allowed...for 3 supposedly "mongrel" team rosters, they all ended up looking exactly the same, and were quite dull to play. The Lustrian team tended to get pasted by the other two pact teams, too.

They are slightly different. 0-2 of the "secondary" position and no dark or high elf allies.
