I'll tell you what's wimpy ranked play:
People with bash teams refusing a total balanced and fair match agains my elves, because I have 1 lousy dirty player.
Wake up and realize that DP isn't the only skill made for hurting other players, and that often you don't need a single hurting skill to get in loads of casualties.
I hate it when people don't wanna take any chances going into a game and can't accept the fact that your players are gonna die sooner or later |

Because I have a totally sucky coach ranking (141 or somesuch), I am soooo tempted to make a foul-tacular stunty team and devote my time to demolishing people who are expecting a nice cherry-picked match. 
I wish I was actually, y'know, good at BB, because then I could totally hustle people with a ranking like that. |

My ranking dropped a lot when I started playing with my no tree flings, but I've never checked out anyone else's. The idea of cherry=picking by CR is... odd to me. As far as Stunty teams in Ranked.... Dreadclaw has taught many people to fear his halflings. |

IMO everyone should actually play any team approved by the rules (=everyone in ranked). It's ridiculous to whine about someone's claws or dirty player when you have an ag5 1 turn TD guy... What is the opponent supposed to do, cry? OR beat the smeg out of the wanker.
Of course most people don't even play teams they might even lose to, or who might actually get the BLOOD back in Blood Bowl.

LLL, please edit the profanity out of your post. I'm not quite sure why you revived this, but if you really think you can change anyone's mind... Good luck. I'll play any legal offer, myself, but forcing/expecting people to always accept an offer is... silly. It just means that people who don't want to play 'risky' games will not put their teams in game finder and, instead, be the "offerers" all the time. I know it can be frustrating, but there is actually nothing to be done about it. |

I didn't revive this; it was at the top when I was reading the forums, so blame someone else.
& If 'wanker' is profanity for you, then you need to go out more... & if it's here, I'm sure the admins will warn me.
& yeah I know it's not going to happen, but that's why I'm trying to change people's attitudes here...
It seems that it's somehow cool to have a team w huge ranking & power, while abusing the system; that is not playing anyone you might lose to.
Now, I ask; what is the FUN in that? Answers appreciated. |

That was not the word I was referring to. I realize that we didn't get off on the right footing the thread you started a while back, but I'm not trying to be your enemy here.
