light amount of powder sugar, butter, and real maple syrup for the "syrup traps". Just like IHOP

and absolutely no fruit.

I ate at IHOP on my honeymoon, but REAL maple syrup better be from Quebec?

I think the syrup was made in New York City. Is that close enough?

Nope. Maple syrup is one of the few things I can take pride in as a Canadian, ask Uber or Shepherd, if you want further confirmation.

Is Quebec still a part of Canada???? I thought they had broken away by now.

Well I'll check what the bottle says. We do have maple trees here in USA too.

I bet Québec Maple Sirup is better than New-York one... The best one comes from having cold night (-15 or lower Celsius) with warm days (10 or higher Celsius).

And by the way, we are still part of the Canada...

I use "Spring Tree" maple syrup. Says, "Product of Canada", distrbuted by Westbury NY.

I live in Costa Rica and its been a few years since the last post in this thread. I just went to my fridge and pulled out a bottle of "Spring Tree" maple syrup. Grade A Dark Amber! I love waffles, the uneven butter is like a getting a surpise burst of butter randomly.
