When playing against a team that has the Leader skill, the team ALWAYS gets the extra reroll, even when the opposing player misses the match. They should only get it when the player is on the field. |

Yeah, from what I understand it was done this way to simplify things. Perhaps it could be handled by adding an icon like the ref and apoth icon that shows up if the leader is on the field and has not used the skill yet. Then clicking on that icon could use the leader re-roll, allowing it to also be used for big guys without having to complicate the standard reroll code. |

This is just one of the ways Leader doesn't work as it does in LRB bloodbowl. |
