i would love to have done that but this is what i get:-

and i know no way around that

I use Icechat if thats any use and it works fine

ZoneAlarm is nasty. Try this: http://www.comcast.net/help/faq/index.jsp?faq=Comcast_net_Site117745#za

I know the reason for doing it listed on the site is totally un-related to your problem, but you might be surprised how many issues it's corrected for my customers. Give it a shot. Ad-Blocking on ZA is a royal pain.

set it to attempt other ports (the 6667 part) it might help. If it helps your problem was that a firewall was blocking port 6667 (either at ur place or at ur inet provider)

IF u are using a firewall - then try to stop ALL programs on your computer - including zonealarm - and then try to join (just to see if it is works with out the firewalls)

i know zonealarm is serewed, and thanks ill try the website
and i would use other ports, but im not sure which ones would work!

thats always been shut down, and that does nothing
i know of no way to get round this, and i cant get games by PM, its annoying and too slow!
