I put together what I think is an improved version of Java Blood Bowl.

Here is the eDonkey link to download it:

ed2k://|file|Blood.Bowl.zip|5152113|97B94A8ADBF656340A0597C186FC70B3|/

I'm to lazy right now to write down what I changed.

Have a look and, and tell me what you think.

Uhm, what about just copy&paste-ing the changes file for the forum?
You HAVE written down the changes somewhere, have you?

Err.

In what way changed?

If you just added sounds/images (of whatever type) you can upload those here on the site.

Whatever the case - call me paranoid - but I sure as hell just won't click on some edonkey link (despite not having it installed or wanting to) somebody puts in a forum (and to top it of not giving any propper explanation what one downloads there).

First thing, it doesn't really matter where the file is hosted, a java file run localy has as much system access as any other application, and therefore the same precautions need to be taken about the source.

As for an updated client, it's really not going to do you much good as far as online play goes, as skijunkie updated the client quite rapidly, and this project will soon be out of sync with the main codebase. Also, anyone playing games here needs to be using the latest official version of the client anyway.

OK, since nobody seems to want to use Edonkey, is there a possibility to upload the file (5mb) on this site?

If you simply changes icons and .ini files, then all that needs to be posted and downloaded are the new icons and .ini I'm no about to download the client all over for a few graphical changes.

btw, if you're too lazy to list changes, why can't we be too lazy to download them? Seriously though, I'll be honest, unless I know what I'm getting, I won't even think about downloading it...

Icons & Portraits for all Teams, Big Guys & Star Players, reorganised Portraits, Team, and Icons.INI's a Team Creator Tool that is modified to fit Java Bowl, some modified Icons, stuff like that.

I suggest we discuss it if you have looked at it; makes more sense.

so if all you've changed is icon files, and the .ini files, why dont you just post those? or did you actually make changes to the client?
