hmm... the thrower is too vulnerable at his importest place, his arms. give him the shoulderpads of the lino back. as he has to keep the track of the field, he should have an open helm.
the blitzer and the lino could have one teamcolored (blue or red) shoulderpad (the right one). as the witch should have a bikini (or maybe the hair???) in teamcolors...

Remember the thrower will be a runner with av7 soon enough, arms are good but opening or removing helmet would be nice.
