I see that you already took the + str, which is always a good choice.

Just for future reference: Skinks are one of very few player where i would think about not taking + str, but an other double. Even with str3 a skink is still a fragile thing that lacks block or sure hands and is thus an easy prey for blitzers. On the other hand, kick and DP are very valuable skills on a lizardmen team, depending on your playing style.

It's gonna die sooner rather than later so enjoy the +ST while you can!

While kick and DP are undoubtedly extremely useful,

+St on a stunty player does make for a super cage breaker...

What grod said. I've had teams build big cages around their ball carrier, who is up against the sideline, assuming that no one can get him. Hit the ball carrier for a push, ball goes into crowd, all their guys are stuck against the wall, set your sauri up to keep them there, get the ball with the skins, win!

Depending if the opposition player has the BLOCK skill it's got better ODDS than when attacking with 1DBLOCK AND better in defense against a 2DBlock (without BLOCK skill). In short: BLOCK IS BETTER THAN +1S, especially when he'll only be S3!

Your team is also crying out for SUREHANDS (only available to skinks on a double). This skill stops you burning the Rerolls on picking up AND is good on defense against the proverbial Wardancer/Gutterrunner with STRIP BALL.
