I have a team that is currently in a tournament, and during the bye week we are allowed to play a game that is not part of said tournament. My question is who can I play the game against, another coaches tourney team if he can play outside his tourney or if his team is not currently in a tournament, or an open or div x game. To my understanding teams can only play other teams in the same divisions.

Your understanding is correct, you can't play outside the division. |
