hey,

im having a problem whereby everytime i try to start or spectate a game the client will boot up with the game screen but get stuck downloading.

this takes forever to get into the game and when i get there nothing has loaded correctly and im lagging a huge amount.

there is nothing wrong with my service provider so that isnt the problem.

i am using a NETGEAR DG834PN router if this is the possibility to my problem.

i am playing on both Window XP and Mac OSX. could anyone shead any light to how to resolve my situation?
