Good points (and I shall stick with my Wood Elves to see you proven right later on!) - out of interest, which races do you think are the strongest (may be a few) for:
1) Brand new team in league
2) 150 < TR < 200
3) TR > 200 ?
Your answers will in no way influence my choice of teams  |

1) Dwarfs, Orcs, Amazons, Chaos Dwarfs, Norse and possibly Humans.
2) Dwarfs, Orcs, Chaos Dwarfs and possibly Dark Elves
3) Dark Elves, Skaven, Wood Elves, Pro Elves, Orcs and possibly Chaos.
It all depends on what you mean by "stronger".
If you mean 20 games vs random opponent, bashers take the lead.
If you mean one match vs a random opponent, Elves and skaven just win it all. |

Concerning hypnotic gaze. It's a free action at the end of a move action. So you can gaze with each of your players with hypnotic abilities.
To mesmerize the protectors is a popular cage opener. Less reliable than brute force, but more stylish. |

I live in Amsterdam, Europe - and have been unable to add this information to my Forum profile for some reason!
My Wood Elf team's debut ended in defeat - but it was completely my fault, not that of my fine players...
