I am just curious about the reasons a team, like Gobbos or Halflings, could not transfer from the Academy to the Stunty division. At least for new coaches, I can kind of understand trying to prevent BB Vets from building teams and transferring them etc. Is it because it is similar to Ranked?

The only division we allow transferring to is [U]. This is not likely to change any time soon.
