119000 crazed fans showed up to watch Administrative Incompetence play its 100th match. Not overly exciting as 5 other teams had crossed that milestone before them. No, what was notable though was that Administrative Incompetence became the only active Ogre team to have reached that mark in ranked with a winning record!
A team seemingly born to make its mark on Fumbbl, they fell just short of making history during their 1st action in the finals of FUMBBL SMACK Rookie CX - so close to being the 1st Ogre team to win a Rookie. They would redeem themselves soon enough though, as they became the 1st Ogres to ever win a Pro Smack - on a coinflip of all things – in a match coach Enar described as “The worst excuse for a game I've been part of.” Along the way, Administrative Incompetence also won XFL II Ogre and showed their gumption by playing in a Warpstone Open qualifier.

A.I. achieved a 37/7/16 record in its 1st 60 matches while bashing away in those tourneys and the road seemed paved with gold. Then it happened… the unavoidable streak of bad injuries and the dreaded “ogre team crumble” had begun! We cleaned house, went down to 8 players and 2 rerolls in an effort to save the company, and struggled to win only 5 matches out of 30 at one stretch. But in the last 10, Administrative Incompetence managed a .500 record, got back to a full squad and even bought a reroll! The future is looking bright.

A true team effort, very few of the company’s members stood apart from the crowd. Only one, Level B Personnel Associate, made the all-time Top 10 Ogre player list – getting to the #4 spot with 121 fouls. At one point during its heyday, the team sported two block/tackle monsters and also fielded the Rijssiej Ogre - Functional Application Manager - a 6/5/4/9 terror! (and yes, that was Rijssiej’s actual job title…) The current crop of employees needs a bit more training but is showing some promise.

We’d like to thank some of the more famous teams that were willing to play us along our journey to 100 like Khorne's Scorn (twice), Clint Eastwood Roles (ouch), Fun with Goats (inflicting 6 casualties on a Synn team IS fun), Springfield Brewing Company (thanks for all the beer), Doomy Diggers (who crushed us in a Legend Smack final), and especially the bravest Norse team on Fumbbl - Hellbound Charioteers!

We’re taking a well-deserved vacation now before returning to work towards becoming the winningest Ogre team in ranked and, just maybe, the mythical 100-win mark!?!
