FFB Client Development Update VI
Replays: one of the goals for the client was to make it an all-in-one solution. So replaying is built right into the client - no separate application necessary. You can watch replays looking exactly the same as if you had spectated the game (minus the chat that is). The log tracks what you are currently looking at. You can even jump directly to a certain action by clicking on the associated text in the log.
Live replaying: when joining a game late as a spectator just choose "Replay Mode" from the game menu and you can watch what's been going on before you arrived. When you have finished watching the past go back to "Spectator Mode" and continue watching live play. This is what you can see in the screenshot below:

Is there any way that the chat log can be kept/incorporated into the replay by timestamp or some other such measure... would be nice to see the whining all over again (I do like to see good banter between coaches, and would enjoy it as part of the replay if its possible and not too much work)
