Fumbbl Tours
Is there a guide to what race you should be entering at what TR cap? I've just been priming the closest team, but in the latest TR150, it seems like half the teams (still in it) are undead.

There are statistics on which races are likely to win vs other races at specific Team Strengths:

Undead indeed are very good at the TS150-170 level. Moreover, Undead teams can very easily have a team with a TS in excess of their TR. Further, a team full of regeneration is far better than an apothecary when games go into over time. Finally, the Count star player really helps Undead in tournaments.

Oh, cool. Thanks for the concise answer.

also in the very first Tour, in 2008, all the events were runa t TR150. it became infiormally known as the Count Von Drakenborg retirement fund. as the bugger was at juist about every game.

Undead do VERY VERY well at TR 150 tournaments.

I`ll do an analysis of points per race per team after the tourney is done. That might help you for the second tour event at the same TR.

(and he didn't even use Zara!)

There are coaches from 7 different countries remaining in your TR150 draw. Four of them are brought together by a love of undead. So pretty!

I reckon that you should ace the next two games, and then fire your best two players for the final to pick up a handicap or two. Whoever you meet (hopefully me) will obviously be very gentle. 8p

Basher are prevalent in short KO tourneys. At TR150, benches still aren`t deep, so DP is very effective, MB isn`t so common that AV8 is still fine and your mummies still rule the LoS.

On top of that, you have the count, that can win the game against bashers and elves without stripball on his own. Which is why I alway try to have a count-counter in my teams that compete at TR125-175:
- an equally mobile and strong star (CD/necro/khemri)
- a player with stripball for the -2d blitzes (elves/skaven mostly)
- a dauntless/tackle player (dwarves)

Zons work well vs undead too, being blodge heavy (undead usually don`t have much tackle - only on the wights and those rarely have MB) and having access to Zara.
