Most MVP'd Stunty Tree Retires
Colin Nasato, the all-time most MVP'd Pro Halfling Treeman, has retired after sustaining a broken collar branch injury in Bedfordshire Clangers' 4-0 mauling at the hands of Skryre's Ratskins. The injury was the second that Colin sustained to the same branch during his career.

Local sports papers have quoted Nasato - who is also the second-brightest all-time Treeman star in Stunty Leeg - as saying "It's probably time to move on and let younger trees have a piece of the pie - and the action. It's been an honour playing for the Clangers, but I'm neither as young nor as strong as I used to be. It is time to move on."

A spokesfling for the Bedfordshire Clangers told a press conference: "We'd like to thank Colin for the all his efforts, and for foregoing his rather large portion of the post-match steak and ale pie this evening. He does, of course, leave rather large roots to be filled and our recruitment department is currently on the look-out for an up-and-coming Tree who relishes challenges and doesn't have too large an appetite."

No one is sure what Colin Nasato will do next, with the rumour mill variously linking him to a coaching role with the Clangers, charity work in poorer areas of the Moot, or the establishment of his own Bloodbowl franchise.

Maybe you should send him back to the Nursery. No seriously it's a shame his woods not as strong as it used to be. Perhaps now he can put down some roots and really start to blossom in his retirement...

"Broken collar branch" lol that made me chuckle, thanks for sharing :D

Groot was later interviewed, he seemed upset by the news commenting, "I am Groot!"
