- 500+ player pictures (that were posted around same time)
- up to 32 racial logos (not everyone has it currently)
- well all icons aren't being put at the same time but those will also be around 500 too.. that's lot to take a glance at

The racial logos are 32*6 (6 different sizes), so 192 pcs.

Player icons are fine, as you can see them all on the same screen. How the process works is that you remove pictures you don't want to approve and then hit the 'approve all' button at the bottom.

So approving 500 auto approve small pictures is much easier than sifting through 10 pics that are far too big of fantasy art that may or may not be from GW.

No censorship for pictures but implement a report button?

Report button would rely on people taking offense. Doing so wouldn't show FUMBBL is diligent about not using GW logos/miniatures on the site.

Whilst a significant workload the system works. Totally down to the admin team that do their magic tirelessly and now not thanklessly :-)
