Side Step works very well with both, Guard and Frenzy. In many situations people will have to think twice whether they block him or not, don't they?
He also allows you some interesting game along the sidelines.
Dodge would probably keep him alive longer, but I like him as he is. You have two more blitzers with Dodge to be your ball carrier.
Awesome blitzers, awesome troll! Skill up the rest and you have an amazing team. :-)

I would personally would have chosen jump up instead of side step or dodge is possible.
