OT options
Some of us don't like Ties. With the new rules extending games into OT, should both parties agree, be adopted here? A simple "Do you want to play OT" Yes, or No?" Click spot should be added, similar to Kick off. I think that if both sides want an outcome, we should get that opportunity to keep playing.

Additional question: should I order a pizza, or should I just keep eating crackers? My Gin is lonely without something to snack on.

Eh, I think OT is too different to allow in regular play, it would allow for more touchdowns to be scored which I don't think is fair to the non ot teams. It's like in hockey where you have unlimited ot in the playoffs, but not in the regular season and that is how it should be.

There's something new in the rules that encourages OT in one off games? I've missed that if so - what page / where?

Ties are a good / important part of Blood Bowl. 1-1 is a reasonable / expected result between good coaches with equal teams when nothing goes wrong. Ties make victories more meaningful, and OT is rarely that satisfactory; too much rides on the toss and armour rolls through the sixteen turns. Having OT every game would be rubbish, imo.

I think we (in general) will have 2 sides in this. those who want OT, and those who don't. We will also see this pattern according to where people live. US and Canada want OT, Europe will not.

Simply because our RL sports are different. US/Canada are used to finding a winner. Europe is used to settle with a draw as a plausible and ok result.

I do not want OT. :)

The cool thing about guys not wanting OT, is that (read above) you can click No. If one coach clicks No, then neither plays.
