Interesting! Actually just looking at it, it already helps me to visualize possible interceptions on FUMBBL as well - as you can only really see it AFTER moving the thrower.

The moral of this story, to not be intercepted, is to not throw on an angle because it increases the chance for the opposition to snag your pass.

I have a dark elf runner on tabletop with +AG, +ST, and wrestle. He had his dump off caught (not intecepted) by the blitzer yesterday. Unfortunately, the 1die wasn't a both down.

And if you look at the receiver square it states if it is quick, short, long pass or long bomb (Q S L B)

I have been trying to pass through two players that had 2 adjacent empty squares between them. I thought it was possible but then in the game realised it wasn't. Now I see the problem. It is possible. It requires for passer and reciever to stand exactly 6 squares apart with the reciever one square missplaced and the two intercepters precisely in the third square between them. It doesn't work any other way.
Really fascinating.

Wreckage: It also works if there are 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 or 13 squares between thrower and catcher (but not when there are 7). And the opposing players gradually move further away, and have more choice of position, as the distance increases.

And there is one other case; when the catcher is 2 squares off set and 12 squares away, with the opposing players on the 9th row.

If you have to pass further than 6, passing alltogether becomes a good bit less interesting tho.... or there is probably a way to just walk around the interceptors and throw a bit further ;).
