Northern Wastes League looking for new members
The Northern Wastes League, NWL, is changing format and looking for new members. 'But xyon, I am already a member of a league why should I join the NWL?' The Northern Wastes is a harsh landscape where only the mightiest survive, and the mighty have one thing that other weakminded teams do not, secret weapons!
As part of the new format for the NWL, teams will be able to draft unskilled linemen to carry secret weapons.
'Okay xyon, that sounds cool, but I don't like the european format of the NWL'
The old format where teams compete in a lower division to get promoted to the premier division is gone. The new format will have all teams competeing on even ground for a chance to get to the KO tourny championship at the end of every season.
'Alright, but I remember there was some racial restrictions, I might not get to use the team I like'
The rules for racial balance have been removed, you can make teams of any race that you would like for the NWL.
If you have any questions, feel free to as me or painstate about the new league format.
How will these secret weapons be added? We have some admin support to be able to edit the skills onto players. We are not exactly sure how much TV the skills will cost to add to each player, but we are sure that each skill added to a player will disrupt their normal skill development, meaning a player with 1 skill added will need to wait until 16 spp to get a new skill.

Could the helpful admin editing the player just add 6 spps as well as a weapon & then solve this issue. Also what type of weapons will be available? Will weapons be limited to teams depending on race or will all weapons be available to all races? For example will you let an elf team use a deathroller or how about stakes will they be allowed or the blunderbuss or pogo stick? Just curious about this as it's something I always thought would be cool if it was in the official rules that players could acquire certain weapons depending on their teams race.

I do not think the admin can add SPP.
We plan on having chainsaws, bombadiers, pogo stick, knifes(stab), ball and chain, and brass knuckles(dauntless). But for this first season we will only have chainsaw and bombadier available.
All races will have access to all weapons, in addition to any weapons a team might normally have.
