1 Before a coach considers joining the league:
1.1 Swedish fluency or intelligibility is required
Anyone may apply to join but this is a swedish league and only people fluent in swedish or speakers of intelligible languages to Swedish (like Norwegian and some accents of Danish, such as Faroese Danish) have a chance to join at the moment.
1.2 Joining one of our social media platforms is required
The applicants must be open to joining our discord channel. A coach must also be open to communicate on this channels on a regular basis. It is the only sanctioned channel of the league.
1.3 A coach must be able to play every week
This a league with rather high pace.We practice effective week scheduling, which basically means that every coach has 8 days to play a match if it is scheduled in a round. Once all matches in a specific round has been played a new week with a round begins regardless of how many days there was left on the finished previous round.

2 Team creating
2.1 Races
Any NAF-approved race is playable. Unlimited amounts of teams from the same kind may compete - there are no restrictions. There can be liberties in changing roster and positional names and the comisioner may grant further racial tweaks upon request - if they fit a higher fluff.
2.2 Process
A prospecting coach can only create a team for the league after a Team platform has been created. It includes a team logo, team colours, unique icons and other site related imagery. This process takes at least two weeks. A coach must therefore tell in great advance in order to make time for the creation of the team platform. Help with logo and colours can be provided for coaches who find this difficult.

3 Ruleset
3.1 Characteristics
We play with Ruleset 611 which largely ressembles the current standard ruleset (ruleset 6) for league (not use the Cards). That means no piling on, expensive mistakes instead of spiralling expenses, argue the call etcetera.

4 In game
4.1 Good manners
Bad attitudes and unsportsmanship towards other coaches can be subject for disciplinary actions. We play for the fun and this is a league that promotes only on-pitch violence. The players on the pitch are cattle to your opponent but the coach are your companion. One is obliged to keep the discussions civilised level.
4.2 Timing out
Coaches with more than 50 games played are considered experienced. Every turn each experienced coach have 4 minutes to think and act unless unless an agreement to do otherwise is defined that turn. Any real life events that interfere with the coaches ability to sit in front of his/her client may be valid in a normal and credible degree. It is important that this is communicated to the opponenent in all cases. Any suspected missuse of the liberties shall however be discussed immediatley between the coaches and apparent missuse can be subject to penalties by the comissioner. In case nothing interferes the player must do all of his thinking and a greater part of his actions during the 4 minute limit. If the 4 minute mark is surpassed the player must execute his remaining actions without any further delay to calculate or hesitate. The opposing coach may remind the coach if he/she makes a habit of pushing the limits above 5 minutes during a game (without any real life reason) and after the second reminder the opposing coach even has the possibility to time out the coach after further 5 minute breaches. This is a beginner friendly league and beginners with fewer than 50 games of Blood bowl are to be treated with a gentler hand. If you are in hurry please state this prior to the game against a beginner coach. If your opponent is excessively slow please let the commissioner know.
4.3 Bug policy
If a bug appears and disturbs the game in a way that any team gets a minor or major advantage or disadvantage that team has to communicate this to the opponent to make that coach aware of the problem. If the bug was unintentional no one is to blame and no one is to gain, but since this often gets complex these are to be dealt with in a way that both teams feel the solution is fair enough. If the bug has little effect, the best approach is to consider it an act of Nuffle who giveth and taketh. If it has an impact to the game one solution is to discuss if the opposing team could avoid doing something for a round to compensate or even forfeit that round to even up the effect, see 4.1 for more on the issue of good manners. If a bug makes the game unplayable this should be communicated to the League commissioner. If possible it should also be documented with screenshots. Games that have played beyond round 12 are to be considered finished. The score and the stats stand unless one of the teams had an unthreatened scoring chance within a round (stalling protected, or just few die rolls away in own turn at the moment of the freeze). In those cases the commissioner will decide if a score and additional stats will be awarded or not. If the game has played through fewer than 12 rounds both coaches can agree to either consider the game as finished or to cancel the game and reschedule. If the coaches can't agree the commissioner decides. Exploiting a known bug is not good sportsmanship and can be subject to disciplinary action.

5 Competition
5.1 Point distribution
Winners are awarded 3 points, Losers 0 points and Tied games results in 1 point each for the teams.
5.2 Game tie breakers
One of the team in a tied game gets an advantage. This is determined by the amounts of casualties caused upon the opposing team (A change from season 13 and previous). If both teams get the same amount in the final sum, the team with most SPPs acquired in the game wins the advantage. If they still tie after that the team with the lowest Team value before the game wins the advantage. If they still tie the commissioner decides through a lottery
5.3 Group stage tie breakers
If two teams have the same amount of points at the end of a group stage, the tie is resolved by the games played by those teams. If only one game has been played this season the winner of that game is considered the top team of the two. If they tied the game the team with the tie advantage is considered the top team. If the teams have played several games that very season the game results are added to each other. The top team is the team with most TDs. If tied on TDs, the team with most CAS wins. If tied on CAS, the team with the most SPPs win. If the game still ties the team with the lowest Team Value gets the advantage. If the team still ties after that the coach with the coolest haircut get the advantage. If three teams have the same amount of points, it is primarly resolved by comparing their games at each other. If one has won against both of them - that team is considered the top team and after that the two remaining teams are resolved as if there were only two contestants with the same amount of points. If all three teams has one loss and one win against the other two it is resolved by comparing their overall CAS and TD difference in total for that group stage. If they still tie most SPPs for the group stage complies. If they still ties the coach with the lowest body temperature wins the advantage for his/her team (for being cool). If four or more teams tie for the same amount of points the same procedure with TD/CAS difference followed by SPPs etc. Any ties between teams after that are resolved as if only those teams tied and the procedure for that amount of teams complies.
5.4 Playoffs tiebreakers
If two teams after the overtime ties for most TDs, the amount CAS, with an addition of 2 CAS per saved reroll, wins regardless of who wins the final shootout. If they both score the same amount of CAS after modifiaction, all previous meetings against the teams that season is taken into consideration and adds to the play off game. If only one game has been played the winner of that game wins advances in the play-off. If the previous game was a tie, the winner of the tie advantage advances. If several games were played between the teams the current season, the same principles as in 5.3 applies, except that the shootout result replaces the haircut rule.
5.5 Conceding
If two teams can´t find a suitable time to play this should be brought to the commissioner as soon as it is inevitable. The league tries to avoid unnecessary walkovers when possible but has it as a tool to keep things smooth. Coaches that are involved in a walkover are subject to punishment and walkovers are frowned upon. If a team refuses to play a game both the coach and the team risk severe punishment. If a team in a game has gotten more than five players stat decreased or killed the player may concede (with the loss of MVP, winnings and the risk of players ditching etc.). Otherwise games should be played to the end. If a team after a game has been so diminshed that retirement is the only option a replacement team may be reinstated on that teams postion by that coach. The replacement team must however be a brand new team without any games played prior to its entrance.
5.6 Penalties
The comissioner can punish teams or coaches who fails to follow the rules. The punishments could be (but are not limited to) warnings, loss of points, forced changes to the team, degradation, suspenion of the team or the coach and even bans

6 Fluff
6.1 Teams
Teams are the property of the coach and the coach does with it what the coach likes, but the league encourages fluffy backstories.
6.2 Players
As with the teams, players are out of the league control but the naming of players should be done in a proper manner. Teams are not to use the exact name several times on players. A variation by adding digits in the end can solve the problem. Also avoid characters that break bbcode when naming players - '[´] etc.
6.3 Rings
Every time a team wins a season championship the team players are awarded championship rings. These rings can be stolen by other players if the players carrying them are killed.
6.4 Stars
Each season the top players in each category gets a golden star. The star is only awarded to one player in each category and in case of a tie between several players the performance of the team breaks it. First the placement in the playoffs is taken in to consideration and if it still is a tie the group performance is considered as well. If several players from the same team ties, the player with the most SPP points wins the star. The star can be stolen in the same fashion as the rings - if the player is killed the slayer gets the star.
6.5 Canon
When a player gets three stars from one category or five stars in total, the player gets canonized with a picture and a presentation. The canonized players are special to the league and their memory can never be ereased. If a canonized player is retired the coach brings shame over his name.

6.7 Hall of Heroes
The Hall of Heroes is the place where the champions of LÖBBL are displayed together with some individual feats. The logic around this hall has been explained earlier in this section.
