In the second half, the magic of Harker and Gray for once failed to manifest itself. A failed short pass from the passer to the catcher broke the teams rhythym and led to a dwarven touchdown and a KO'd Mrs Harker late in the game. In the end, a desperate play by Dorian Gray and new team Ghoul Sawyer managed to level the score, equalising the match, but leaving the Adelaide Anvils comfortably in their position as second highest team in the Southern Wastes League.
