Not because of their amazing skill, though. Their own offensive drive ended in disaster when they lost the ball and an amazing last-second passing play brought the Swans in front. In the second half, however, the Dark Elves returned the favor and the match degenerated into a most un-elven midpitch brawl with much fumbling and cursing on both sides. In the end, Geronimo of Pon Fhar somehow managed to get a hold of the ball and move it into the Swans' end zone just before the final whistle blew.

The PFAA's (relative) triumph was overshadowed by the untimely death of catcher Wym Fleurdelis, which has made what was already the most unthreatening offense of the SWL even more of a joke.
