2nd half opens up with a Ratz push to get a quick td. This is completely fouled by Fabio intercepting the ball then running it in untouched for a TD. Then Ottawa gets a blitz, but over commits. When the ball goes out of bounds for a touchback, Sham Houstan GR Troz is able to run in for a TD. Then the Ratz get another blitz. When the Bee-Bees have problems picking up the ball, a brief moment of hope that a Tie might be salvaged can be felt from the crowd. It was not to be, much as the chance for a Larson by Variola was crushed.

Overall, Ottawa brought the pain to the Ratz; and when Fabio snagged an interception, followed by cas-ing the gutter runner that tried to get the ball back from him, and then scoring a touchdown, well, the Ratz were simply outmanned and down 2-0.
