Anywhere but NCBB, and Simon would have ignored the chance to carry the ball (+AG). But Simon had dreams of one day setting the NCBB record for all Troll Slayer TDs. After an epic battle vs Ogrehoma, where he was able to show of some of the fancy footwork, he forwent typical dwarf training to practice with Goliate and Mercurious prior to The Purdue vs Army matchup.
However, this special training does offer more upside to his NCBB draft stock, where his unique skill set may prove to be worth a higher draft pick.

It took 3 games after his agility training before Simon finally realized his dream of scoring TDs. In a bloody affair where the Boilermakers took out some season long frustrations on a poor, unsuspecting Norse roster, Simon ran a deep kick-off all the back from his own endzone to score his first career TD as time expired in the first half. He was far from through for the day though, as he later took on the Massive Snow Troll that B U fields as it's centerpiece, leaving the monster broken on the pitch and unable to go on. He continued on with his career game, scoring his second career TD as time expired, thanks to a hand-off from teammate Ludwig Steele
