Hekminopt served for years as a royal guard beside his twin brother Takh'anet under their Tomb King, Khom Krady. They would have more than earned their monikers by following Khom's every command, many of which involved the brutal and merciless butchering of his enemies, however, it was the abhorrent pleasure Hekminopt and Takh'anet took in disembowelling, eviscerating, exenterating, mangling, maiming and mutilating any living thing they weren't ordered to protect. Khom was at times known to have to specifically label his servants and family as untouchable to the twins, otherwise they would be found in a bloody mess with the twins leering and laughing above them.
In death the twins serve once again on the field, their leader Khom has labelled their teammates as untouchable which is a bad thing for anyone on the enemy team.
Early in his Blood Bowl career Hekminopt, being the less cruel of the twins, took an interest in the rules and scored 4 touchdowns in a single game. Then, seeing the unbridled entertainment his brother was having has quickly resorted to the brutality he has come to be known for.
