Nobody important has died thus far; this list is empty.

While undeath remains firmly the domain of the dread Nagash, and the Chaos Gods cannot quite grasp the inner workings of necromancy, many Chaos worshippers found creative ways to cheat death and keep stalking the world well past the normal lifespan of a man -
or even after death, in some cases. Usually, good servants are pulled back in the Warp to become daemons, but somewhat rarely they are simply sent back into the world as their former human form, or sometimes given an eldritch item to extend their time on this Earth.
One of such artifacts is the infamous Cuirass of Vassago, a bulky plate armor that covers the wearer from head to toe, made of an alien metal black as night. The enchantment on the armor, concocted by the mad sorcerer Vassago, allows the wearer to be virtually immortal, as only the complete destruction of one's body can get the world rid of such a menace; a power that is paid by the bearer, as the metal leeches his sanity and warps the body in a more powerful but brutish form.
Worn by its creator up until his ascension to daemonhood, and subsequently by many dangerous warlords in the dark years preceding the advent of Blood Bowl, the Cuirass fell out of the limelight during these more "civilised" times.
How such a relic came in possession of the Coven is a mystery - even more baffling is the fact that the chosen wearer was previously a no-name Slaaneshi elf that happened to be maimed during a game. But the dwellers of the Mirrored Hall are known to behave according to a logic very different from that of the common men.
