"I've seen one of these manufacts only once, back in Khuresh. We encountered a temple which was literally covered in these awful little statues, just like the one you sent me: tiny lizard-like chubby creatures, covered in bas-relief eyes and with a gaping mouth full of sharp, long teeth. We found them unnerving but intriguing, so we pressed on inside the building despite the protests of our Ind guide. After little more than a quarter of hour we heard a gurgling shriek, and found the last man of the line had disappeared in the dark corridors. We got back outside the building to regroup and decide what to do, but we were greeted by the corpse our shipmate skinned and mangled hanging from the rafters, surrounded by those damned statues covered in blood. We immediately turned back and run like the Snake's servant were right on our tail.
I strongly advise against buying the rest of the stock, for obvious reasons. If I were you, I would destroy the sample too, unless you're feeling unusually brave and/or macabre."
