The Chasm had some bad luck from the start playing only one preseason game and then getting two forfeits to start the season. This left them trailing the other teams.

4 Thrills were banned by the ref and Jim Thrope removed 4 more
Thorpe was pissed off on the 1st play of the game he was knocked out picking up the "spiked football" we hadn't know it was spiked
Coming into the game Thrope was the 2nd leading rusher and had no casualties.
We won only 20000 for the extra period but it was enough to buy our cow.
Round 2 Saw the Chasm run over by a horde of vampire legends.
