Rip them to shreds!
Wolfskin origins – And out came the wolves...
The Wolfenburg Wolfskins were first created when Clinton Portis returned from his trip East in Grenzburg, and couldn't believe that such a small, provincial backwater had a DLE team, while regional kaufenstadt Wolfenburg only had a pee-wee touch league. He sent in the necessary paperwork to the DLE, and was informed that he needed at least 4 players skilled players to be given the appropriate funds to start a franchise.
Clinton set up an open day on the town square, informing everyone he met, that if they could beat him in a one on one game, then they could join. After smashing his first 40 opponents, he met Pierre Garcon. Although Clint was clearly stronger, he just could not catch the slippery bastard, so he hired him. Another 20-odd opponents later, as the sun was setting he met Sean Taylor, who although not a strong as Clint, had a hell of a left hook, and knocked Clint down on the floor - he was hired too. And finally as Clint was about to rise to his feet, Art Monk came sprinting in out of nowhere, and sneakily gave him a bloody hard kick in the goolies.
Although initially mad as hell Clint realised that this thinking was exactly what the Wolfskins needed, and with that the seeds of the team were sown!
Here we go!
Season 2 - The Inaugural
Building a Behemoth
Season 3 - The Climb
Matt was the first acquisition of draft 3, traded before the actual start of the draft in exchange for the Wolfskins round 4 pick, in the first of several deals with the underhanded sneaky Badpub of Norden Legion.
Coach Dan had had his eye on Vernon for a long time, as he seemed the perfect bruiser to partner up with the Franchise hero Clint. Although a bit more clumsy than Clint, Olivier has a hell of a punch, and Dan agreed to trade not only a 1st but also the 2nd round pick in exchange for Olivier. Expectations are high that Olivier will bash some heads in, and make a name for himself in Season 3.
