The story as told by Shravik, goblin sage of the deep caves:

Long ago - long and long - was clan of quick-foot warriors, close-knit and good brothers. They fell together with other elfs who lost their light-eyes. You know? Yes.

Most who fell forgot the above-lands, but not Silverfeet. They remember. They return to surface, but many shun them - say they are fallen, cannot forget their shame.

One place only lets fallen elfs come. Lets lizards and half-highs and green-skins; how can not let fallen ones? So they do.

Silverfeet find pleasure in battle once more. Some who watch think their eyes get lighter. But I creep out of cave, see them on the field, and I think not.
