So, er, does this mean that some coaches think that playing in a 4 man group is illegal? Because both coaches are agreeing before the match to limit their teams to 4 players only? 
The main problem that I see is having enough teams all needing that key recovery match at the same time and/or patient enough to wait for an actual tourney to do it, especially in U division.
EDIT: Aw, Zy-Nox! We all love spam threads! At least don't lock it until it degenerates to the point that some cretin actually says "This is BL**D Bowl"
