With the collapse of the World Championship League (or a very long hiatus), the Greenskinz are getting restless.
The Badlands is looking for some new coaches to help us continue what we started in the WC. You could be who we are looking for.
We're expanding membership to include Orcs, Goblins, Underworld, Ogres, Humans, Dwarves, Khemri, Undead, Vampires and Skaven.
You can bring your existing World Championship team or make a new one as you prefer.
There would be two conferences: Orclands (for the greenskins - Orcs, Goblins, Underworld and Ogres) and Mourkain (for the Fer'ners - everyone else).
The two conferences would play a regular season, then we'd have a cross-conference KO tourney to determine the champion of the Badlands each season.
Rule options that will be in effect:
1) 100k per match to induce bribes
2) Fouling gets a +1 to AV self-assist if not hampered
3) Right Stuff counters Tackle skill on blocking actions
4) Sneaky Git skill gets player sent to KO box instead of banned
5) Claw does not stack with other skills

A clarification from the management - When I said you can bring a 'new' team, I didn't mean a brand new team.
Old League teams are also welcome, it doesn't have to be a team that played in the World Championship Series.
It just needs to meet the racial requirements. |

What kinda time zones are most of the players in? and how relaxed is everyone about match scheduling (I assume it's expected you'll play one game a week) ? |

@PaddyMick - There are no restrictions on time zones. Those of us who played in the WC were a mix of North America and European timezones and were able to schedule most of our games without issue. The plan is to play on the same 10 day cycle that OBBA plays on since several coaches play in both Leagues. It's not so relaxed that there won't be forfeits, though 
@C3I2 - I don't think anyone broke the league. Wreckage just got busy and hasn't been around to keep it going. So the Badlands are moving forward until such time as the WC starts up again. |

OK thanks got to think about it before I apply though as I don't want to commit and then flake out 'cos of real life getting in the way like I did before when I tried league. I have to say, you guys seem to run the best leagues so even if I miss this one i'll be sure to apply for another in teh future. |

Update - We need more teams to represent the Mourkain conference. Calling all Fer'ners to apply (Human, Dwarf, Khemri, Undead, Vampire, Skaven). Underworld may get shifted to the Mourkain conference if necessary, so apply with them too. |
