So Ber'anx of the Six Feet Underdogs has been waiting ages to get one more CAS and grow a can opener (Claw) to use on those bashy teams (and especially Dwarves) as revenge for all his little gobbo friends they have killed, then some halflings give him 4 in one match (thanks half pints, your sacrifice is noted by the dark gods of the underworld), BUT he then roll double 6 for his skill, now he is stuck between choosing Claw as planned or +ST because its +ST.

Advise much appreciated!

Hey Squiglet. You know that I advocate claw on all underworld blitzers. HOWEVER. Take the strength gift from Nuffle. He will be blitzing without an assist now. The claw will come with his next normal roll.

I just saw he already has horns. Take the strength. He only needs one assist to take down big guys and can go after S4 without help.

The other blitzer should take claw as his next skill. (If he does not roll doubles)

If you had taken claw instead of horns then this is easy. Since he already has horns I think I might skip the strength

Personally I would take block over +STR for most big guys

That would be the only time I'd say no to str. Looking at that player in my eyes I can't see a reson not to. So many advantageous, one no one has said is he will live longer.

Thankyou all for your wize council, the deed is done, Ber'anx is now ST4 with a claw going to his wingman Nor'zarax.

Lets see if Bor'anx makes it to 76SPP for his can opener, he is attracting quite a lot of attention from POMBers and DPs these days and several rookie goblins have been sacrificed screening him from the opposition.

+ STR is also a defensive skill, since it means the other team will need more assists to get 2dbs and he's not at risk of getting 3db'ed by big guys.

This is probably worth considering when he's one of the two walking Bullseyes on a team full of Goblins.
