Hey guys,
I'm trying to get a custom ruleset in a league to practice for tournaments. I made a custom set, and put that number in our league ruleset option, but I'm having trouble getting to to work.
My goal is 1.1m, no SPP, and preset skills. Can anyone help me out? |

Preset skills will only work within tournaments, and specifically tournaments with round concepts (ie. not open-league style tournaments). Sadly 
So to practice for res-style tournaments on fumbbl you'll basically need to find enough practice partners to run some tournaments, or rely on test-mode.
When you create your ruleset, in Team settings, use:
Starting treasury: 1100000
Players on team 11 to 16
Team Progression: no progression
Skill Progression: Predetermined
Skill: here you put in the number of skills you want available to each team to pick eg. 0:7D will give 7 skills with doubles available, 7N would give 7 normals only.
Skills per player: max number of skills for a player.
But even if you have all that right, if you don't have a tournament with rounds scheduled, then you simply won't get skills applied. |

I only see "Online NAF Tournaments" teams on your home page.
Also, check your league page and make sure that the ruleset id saved properly.
You should see the "Create team for this league" link. Create teams using that. |
Yes i tried to make several teams, none of that allowed a 1.1m
You can't see the teams that are still in creation
Yeah, i tried using that link
and idea? |

i made that ruleset, its saved as a number, and used the correct number.
I;m not having any luck with the higher start price, havent tried to see if the skills selection works
any ideas? |

I tried to create a team from that league. The team that was created appeaed to be in ruleset 303.
Which number do you have saved on the league page?
Enter your ruleset number and save it. Save it twice to be sure. 
Are you trying to use secret league rosters? |
