In a recent game my UW thrower failed an animosity check in a hand-off to a gobbo, but then wasn't able to hand of to another Skaven player I'd placed there for that perpose. Failing animosity seemed to just end his move. |

That seems to have already been reported in the FUMBBL bug Reporting. I would recommend adding to that bug report with a screenshot of your match uploaded to the site (in your gallery), then upvoting whichever bugs you think should take priority to be fixed.
