The Biased Referee's Close Scrutiny rule says:

".. If any player on the opposing team commits a Foul without rolling a double when making either the Armour or Injury roll, roll a D6:
On a roll of 5+ the player is sent off, exactly as if they had rolled a double"

In the situation that the fouling player had the Sneaky Git skill and rolled a double on the Armour roll (but not on the Injury roll), he actually didn't fulfill the required condition for Close Scrutiny so that no role would be made.

However, I think the intended rule is more something like: "If the fouling player hasn't been spotted already, roll a D6: ..."

The reason why I think so is that it sounds weird, that if the sneaky git rolled no double, he could get sent off on a 5+ but if he rolled a double on the armour roll, he would fine.

What do you guys think? .. and how is it implemented in the client?

IIRC the client rolls whenever the foul was not spotted

just saw it in the Nov21 Errata. It's correct the way it is implemented in the client.

I must be going blind - which page in the Errata is that on?

Page 3, right hand column, in pink, about half way down. (As the Sneaky Git rule is on page 75 and the errata follows the order of the rulebook I think)

Thanks. I'm working with a computer that thinks Ctrl+F is an abomination that must not interact with pdfs, and I'm slow.

What turn are you referring to? Did the Sneaky Git roll a double on the armor roll?
