Not sure about multiplying the ST. Maybe just a sum could work, like this:
(player's ST + 20 TV) = +ST TV cost.
+ST on a ST 3 player would cost 50 TV , on a ST 4 60 TV, on a ST 5 70 TV. The sum makes the TV cost scaling less drastic. If +20 TV is too low it could be +30 TV. Higher than that +ST seems to be overpriced to me.
About the Mino: he's already bloaty as rookie, let alone with +ST, regardless of the TV cost.  |
