I went through and marked a dozen skill markers on the clientoptions page, but they never showed up in-game. When I went back to look at clientoptions (which I hadn't closed), they were still there; but when I refreshed the page, they all vanished.
I tested it by importing another manager's markings, and those stayed, even after reloading the page.
Possible cause for them not "sticking" - I was using unicode emojis (for example, using 🧱 for Block), not simple letters. But they did seem to save in the list when I entered them...  
Edit: And once I made the change to Block to change it to the brick emoji, the entire list vanished again once I refreshed. |

Yep, it's something about the emojis. I tested it by adding Block with just a B as the designator; that saved, and stayed through refresh. Added another letter for another skill; that saved, and stayed.
Then added one with an emoji, and that made the entire list vanish. |
