According to my star pricing guide, Luthor is almost as good as morg.

Maybe not OP but I agree with fxiii they have been quite improved!
I think in the next BT they will not be rated lowest tiers level anymore…

After their games, vampire teams can gain a new rookie thrall if they kill an opponent player (almost the same rule as masters of undeath teams but they can't directly use the new rookie player, they have to wait until next game). |
