I do gotta chuckle at Underworld piggybacking the Skaven changes, but such is life. Like I said in the other thread, it seems like Skaven can continue to swing pretty well at lower TVs but it's just kind of a potential punch for developed high TV leagues.
I would definitely fish for the +AG on one SV though if they're going to get something of a sacker-role start, but still need that guarded-hunter-killer type I guess. |

Dwarf buff: primary access of linemen to D skills (which is pretty relevant given bribery and corruption). Break tackle is now +3 for S5 or higher, a buff for the roller.
Also, OWA do have easy DP access (on their Dwarf blockers, for what it's worth). |

0+ dodging on a Vampire Blitzer with the new break tackle seems like a nice option too. |

This is what I was looking if someone said!
Break Tackle then Stripp ball and you probably got the best cage diver in the game after only 2 skills!
Sure the 1+ ag "bugg" that exist is better but if that is fixed the Vamp BLitzer diver is a scary thing |

Back to Dwarfs - the death roller can also carry the ball now. With MA5 and break tackle (2+ dodge), he's an interesting player to give the ball to on a touchback. |

Hypothetically speaking if you miss out on the 3/8 to get AG+ do you take the +MA to make him MA 9 or do you take the +AV for only 10K TV and you've got one really rugged Blitzer, or do you take a Double Skill instead? |

Secure the ball is also a huge buff for the Tomb Kings of Khemri. Probably those who benefit the most from it.
In contrast, Norse and Necro are the only teams with "unsteady" linemen. This makes their ball carriers precious (with a target on their back).
For Nurgle (although their Rotters can secure the ball), the decrease in the number of Pestigors affects them much more than other Chaos Team. Because their Bloater S4 cannot carry the ball. |
