Of their respective qualifiers.. Maybe OWA didnt overperform, but surely they didnt underperform either.
Orks did markedly worse than their 13 entries would have you assume. |

You could clearly argue that 1 Wood Elf entry leading to one Wood Elf qualification is overperformance.
But the different formats of the qualifiers makes comparability nearly impossible. |

Welfs certainly overperformed, but the sample size for them is miniscule. I do think they are one of the most slept on rosters though.
Orcs clearly underachieved. OWA are a good roster that was heavily played, they performed more or less how I expected. |
