@ sonrises, it would be best if you're online in the wee hours, I'd think, but you should talk to Ex-Convict. Florida Gators are taken... but there are probably about a hundred Division 1 teams available.

Speaking just for me...

I can't play during those hours, but that's not to say you can't just forfeit when we play Wink

That's why I said 'speaking just for me'.

But I'm not interested anymore in accommodating euros who want to play in NA based leagues. They know what they are getting into when they join, if they can't make typical NA times then I'm not taking any crap about it.

I've been down this road quite a bit before Smile

This. We have a few, they do fine, but playing a NA league from Europe only really works if you're a night owl.

+1 and +1.

Having a 1 1/2 hour window for any League is a bad plan to begin with - the NA/Euro time diff only makes bad worse.

Not sure I'm being a crab. NA time zones for NA leagues.

Don't like it? Don't play NA leagues Wink

It's a league based around an American sport that has mostly US coaches in it. So yes, most of the times that everyone can play are north american times. Any coach who thinks that can make play in mostly NA-time matchups are welcome

And by NA times, he means NA evenings/nights, some of us are gainfully employed and can't play from 8 to 6 Wink

Even between American coaches, there are problems. Dinnertime in California is many Eastern US gamers' prime gaming time. Europe has four time zones, but most Western Europeans only interact with two adjacent ones regularly. The US has four also, but the bulk of the population is on the two coasts, and there's a much stronger political/economic/cultural connection between California and New York than between Britain and Russia, so 3-hour gaps are pretty common.

Last time i checked I was pretty sure that was a 2.5 hour window, smeat ;P

Although 0100 server time is 7 pm Eastern and 4 pm west coast which would likely be quite tough for scheduling. If you can schedule one night a week for a "crazy late game" your time and be somewhat flexible with what night it is each week, there shouldn't be an issue, but we do keep NA times

Usually they are a far more friendly bunch, really Very Happy
